Suggest Treatment For Acute Lower Back Pain

hello, my question is pertaining to Acute lower back pain. This pain started yesterday afternoon after riding in a comfortable car for 2 hrs. Now 24 hrs later I have intense lower back, hip, buttocks, and upper leg plus side of leg pain. I am only comfortable in a standing bent over(short time) or sitting short time.
