Sir a person from my family have AML
Acute myeloid leukemia,
In bone marrow aspiration
Reports r,
90% blast cells
2% promyloblast
8% erythroblast,
V go to a govt hosp 4 treatment , the doctors demands 25 lakhs rs. (Indian currncy),
We can't efford dis money,
We hav only one or two lakhs,
We r in prblm,
Can we do anything for our patient?
Is any cheaper treatment to increase d life of patient?

Patient has acute myeloid leukemia. Treatment of choice is bone marrow transplantation. It is very costely. Other alternative treatment is chemotherapy. It is cheaper then bone marrow transplantation. You should consult your doctor and plan for chemotherapy according to type and stage of cancer.
