Suggest Treatment For Acute Stiffness At Night When Diagnosed With Ankylosing Spondylitis

i am suffeing from Ankylosing spondylites since last 4-5 years and have acute stiffness thought night. Having HBLA27 positive and MRI Scan detected odema in both SI Joints. Consulted some doctors and they suggested injections which i dont prefer keeping in view my age 37 years. i have been fed up with this disease as i cant sleep and no rest. Day time is o.k. Pl suggest. I will be highly thankful to you.

Dear patient you don't need to worry about your disease... I recommended you some drugs that's helps u to fullfill your problem...tablet naproxen 250mg once daily at night time before sleep +tablet methotrexate 1tablet daily for 1monthafter meal..for 1month u consult me again and tell me your condition then I further re adjust your medication accordingly..regards Dr wasif
