Suggest Treatment For Adenoids In A Child Other Than Surgery
Please I have read different procedures for Adenoids especially in children. I need to know the effect of cold, air condition or fan especially in Africa, Nigeria, on Adenoids. This would help my 2 years old boy to sleep better at night. Also, any other remedy or cure for this ailment aside surgery? Thank you.

Hi...currently if adenoidal hypertrophy is definitely diagnosed in your kid's case - then the newer management therapy includes - inhaled nasal steroids. If the intranasal steroids can be prescribed by a pediatrician after thoroughly examining your kid - then it is the best thing before surgery.
