Hi, thanks for using healthcare magic

With some allergens such as food, desensitisation treatment can cause the allergic response to decrease with time. This treatment involves decreasing the persons sensitivity to food.

With dust, it is more difficult and the best way to avoid a response would be to decrease your exposure.

If you limit your exposure to your known triggers, you would have a decrease in your allergy symptoms.
If this is not possible then you can use medications to help to decrease the symptoms.

I hope this helps
