Suggest Treatment For Allergic Itching On Body

Doctor, I don t know what malady I have in medical term, some says its allergy..whatever ?? I need a good medicine if you can help me please, sometime my whole body is itching wherever scratching its swollen and sometime its happen in my face also, I need your help. Jeffrey L Ralte

Hi Dear,

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have allergic itching on body caused by hives which is bodies response to the trigger factor.

I would suggest you to

- Give cold compresses to hives several times a day to prevent from swelling and itching.

- Take over the counter antihistamine drug like benadryl.

- Stay in cool environment.

If symptoms still persist the consult dermatologist for proper examination and treatment. Doctor may prescribe other steroid cream ( mometasone), anti inflammatory drug or drugs that can suppress immune system.
