Wash your clothes and bedding in hot water and Savlon. Let it get dry under direct sunlight. Manage your hygiene seriously. Wear soft cotton clothes and take bath regularly. Change your clothes daily. Do not share your clothes or toiletries with anyone.
To get rid of allergy you can apply cold compress and applying ointment hydrocortisone on the area affected will give relief. You can take antihistamine at bedtime. Do not touch or scratch. Such symptoms can also be caused by contact dermatitis or jock itch.
Get clinically examined by a Dermatologist, in case of fungal infection you will be treated with a course of antifungals. Applying Clotrimazole on the affected area will reduce the symptoms. Contact dermatitis is treated with antibiotics. Be careful not to eat any food that triggers your symptoms.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
