Suggest Treatment For Allergic Reaction To Animal Hair

I'm allergic to animals cats&dogs. I have been not feeling well since I was around someone who's jacket was saturated with animal hair. My tongue is coated,my ears & throat are itchy& I have a cough. Have coughed some green stuff. Any ideas what to do?

As per your complain Animal danders are one of the most common cause of allergic reaction and the symptoms that you are explaining like itchiness in ears, throat and cough seems to be due to it..
Causes of coated tongue can depend upon the colour of tongue..
If it is white it is due to yeast infection like Thrush..
I would suggest you to consult an Allergist and get evaluated and a thorough clinical evaluation can help in diagnosis and treatment can be planned accordingly..
As of now you can take anti allergics like benadryl or allegra..
Take decongestants like phenylephrine..
Take decongestant nasal sprays..
Do steam inhalations..
