Hello,
Thanks for trusting Healthcaremagic!
I have gone through your query and i can understand your concerns.
All the symptoms you have mentioned suggestive of
allergic rhinitis.
It can be managed by appropriate therapy but complete cure is often difficult.
You can try the following as a first line management:-
(1)- Avoid exposure to allergens like pollen and dust.
(2)- Antihistamines are the most commonly used drugs. You can try levocerezine or
loratidine, which are quite effective in controlling the symptoms.
(3)-You can try nasal decongestants like
xylometazoline for blocked nostrils.
(4)- Do
nasal irrigation using saline nasal drops, which would be very effective to control runny nose.
(5)- Do stream inhalation twice a day for twenty minutes.
(6) - Nasal
steroid sprays may needed in unresponsive cases.
If symptoms persist despite all these, consult a general practitioner and get evaluated.
Hope I have answered your query.
Regards.
