Suggest Treatment For Amenorrhea Caused By OCP
Hi i have secondary amenorrhea since i took ocps that is diane 35. Before that i had oligomenorrhea u/s report showed some immature follicles at the periphery but ovarion volume was normal n my all other tests are normal. Now i havent got periods for the last six months since i left the ocps. Plz tell me some treatment for my amenorrhea as i m very stressed.

Regarding your experience with secondary amenorrhea from oligomenorrhoea following intake of Diane35 I am suggesting that you have developed the following differential diagnosis
Premature ovarian failure
Ovarian atrophy
Ovarian cyst
Premenopause
In view of this please do the following
Hormone profile test
Laparoscopy
Meanwhile please see a gynecologist specialist with the results and for further clinical evaluation as well as adequate drug prescription
