Manage your weight, do regular exercise and eat healthy. 3. Get a sonogram of the pelvis, preferably in the trans-vaginal route to know the status of the pelvic organs. 4. The absence of the period could also be due to the pill. 5. tubal patency tests should be done since you are anxious to conceive before induction of ovulation is contemplated. Hope this helps.
