Suggest Treatment For An Enlarged Urinary Bladder To Normalize The Urination

i have an enlarged bladder my yurology dr. drainged 4 leters of urine l I was starting to lose uring during the night. currently he has me on a catheter 2-3 times a day to shrink my bladder. to date im still no able to go on my own but the wetting has stopped. is there anthing one can do my age to help shrink my bladder and maybe return to normal urinating and hopefull get away from the cathter. its uncomfortable to be sure.
