Suggest Treatment For An Infection On The Chest

My boyfriend woke up this morning with a light blue spot about the size of 1/2 dollar on his chest. You could smear it with your finger like dried blood and it did wash off. There was nothing on his shirt or bedding.just this spot. What could make that happen?

This is not an infection and does not require immediate medical attention. Did he indulge in any exerting physical activity- like jogging for long distances or gymming too much. Such activiities are known to cause such spots occasionally. If it recurs frequently or appears in multiple areas, then further investigation is required.
