Suggest Treatment For An Inflamed Spot On The Penis

I'm an uncircumcised male who suffers from reoccurring yeast infections. Approx a week and a half ago, I had a really bad yeast infection. The entire tip was red, inflamed and effected. I used miconazole cream (which usually works, just not this time)...and clotrimazole which DID seem to fix it 90%. However I still have an inflamed spot under the head of the penis (where the foreskin attaches under the pee hole). It hurts to retract my foreskin, and hurts to urinate. I also notice the inflammation looks whiteish too. Please help!
