Suggest Treatment For Anal Abscess

i am a 70 year old male and 40 years ago i had a cyst come on me near my anal hole, i went to a doctor and he lanced it got really big afte that and finalle popped and left a hole into my rectal area and it is hard to keep clean now that i am retired i would like to have it fixed what do you suggest

Anal abcess and ulcers (seems you have one) are incised and drained if necessary with antibiotic course (like tablet. Augmentin 625 PO thrice daily for 3-5 days or tablet. Vibramycin 100mg (doxycycline) PO twice on first day then once daily for 5-7 days) in both cases you need to consult a general surgeon.
