Hello,
I am sorry to hear of your suffering, you are doing everything you can to aid in healing of the anal fissure. I am unable to tell how long the fissure has been present, but if >3-6 months it is considered chronic, you can have surgery to release the anal sphincter muscles but there is a high rate of stool incontinence with this. try as much as possible to allow healing naturally, do not allow constipation, keep putting cream on the area
