Hello
Welcome to health care magic.

Anal fissures need surgical intervention ,a procedure called anal dilatation.
Flatulence may be because of incomplete emptying of bowels or constioation commonly seen in anal fissures.
It can be managed by-
-PPIs like omeprazole once for 3-5 days.
-Fruit salt mixture mixed in 1 glass of water
-Liquid paraffin 2 tsps for 3 successive nights may helf soften stools and give relief from straining.
-Avoid spicy, fried food.Avoid caffeinated drinks.Avoid eating in hurry.
-High fibrous food like bran, leafy vegetables, fruits plus adequate intake of water may aid against constipation.
Hope this information helps.
Thanks
