Suggest Treatment For Anemia In An Infant
my 6 month old son has been diagnosed with microcytic and hypochromic anemia.he was exclusively breastfed for 6 months. what type of treatment should he be suggested with? what caused the deficiency? let me also include that he was 8 weeks preterm and had respiratory distress at birth.

the treatement of microcytic hypochromic anemia is iron supplements together with vitamin C supplements to increase the iron absorption.. the dose will depend on the weight of your baby
