General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

You should consult a cardiologist to check the blood pressure and change medications. The nose bleeding is caused by increased heart rate and possibly taking blood thinners.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Olgeta Xhufka, General & Family Physician
