I have had cracks at the corner of my mouth for almost a mouth. More recently it has worsened and redness and itching around the area are now occurring. Also it scabs over and makes it difficult to open my mouth without breaking the scab. I believe it it Angular Cheilitis however my primary care would not do anything except give me hydrocortisone and to contact a dermatologist. The hydrocortisone reduced the itching and redness but has not fixed the problem. what can I do on my own to fix this?
