Suggest Treatment For Ankle Injury And Heart Palpitations While Exercising
recently I injured my ankle, whilst playing soccer. I was in pretty good shape then. I haven t played soccer for about two weeks. I have tried biking, and doing push ups to keep my fitness up. Now even after little cardio, my heart starts beating fast. What can I do to get my cardio back, without running?
For ankle injury, if you have pain take some analgesics like hifenac-p. Put crepe bandage for movement restriction. As there is little information regarding your medical history for cardiovascular system, its quite difficult to conclusion for your palpitation. Even running, anxiety causes palpitation.
If this persist and your heart rate above 120 or 150 consult your physician for further evaluation.
Hope to have given you desired information.
Feel free to followup for any queries.
