Suggest Treatment For Ankle Pain In A Patient Of Acute Nephritis

Dear Doctor My mother has been a patient of acute nephritis for the past 10 years. We have been visiting Apollo Hospital Every year for consultation with a doctor. She is aslo a patient of reflux oesophagitis for which she once underwent a polyp operation. at present she has gastric problems for which she has been taking Rabiprasole and a diet strictly low protein. she has gout in her ankles. At present she is suffering from unbearable pain of gout and she is not allowed to take any medicines which would damage her kidneys. Is nt there any treatment for get relief from the pain. krocin does not help. her present cretanine level is 1.7, uric acid is 5, bp is 150/90 hb is 9. she takes valsertan potassium 80 mg BID.
