Good day doc. I am father, 34 years old..During my ECG it states there that I have an Anterolateral wall ischemia....but when I undergo 2D-Echo test and Stress Test my result is normal and my cardio respiratory fitness are good... why is it happen during my ecg? Is there any home treatment , so that my next ecg will be normal result..thank you

your anterolateral wall ischemia is being given by ECG but stress test is normal and echocardiography is normal then I donot think you should worry...as ECG is such a thing that majority ecg graphs have a huge variance ..the ECG is not the final verdict..if your ecg shown anterolateral defect then your stress echo must have shown anterolateral localised hypokinesia ..besides if u do not have symptoms then why u worry...I have seen cases when on seeing ECG one doctor labels abnormal and another doctor as abnormal ...even abnormal and normal ECG for a same patient at different centres..or next thing please get ECG from a different centre or get interpretation of ECG by a different doctor
