Suggest Treatment For Antral Gastritis

Hello..i've diagnosd with antral gastritist and duodentitist through endoscopic examinition hpylori positive have taken treatment n bacteria become negative bt no improvement in stomach burning and swear bloating from six taking omeprazole twenty for last one year I want to ask what medicine should I use in combinition with omeprazole for improvement with less side effects thankx

I can understand your concern.

I have gone through the entire post . I can understand that your upper GI endoscopy has revealed antral gastritis and duodenitis and H.Pylori was positive. It would have been great had I examined you on my own.

You need a repeat upper GI endoscopy to have a look at the current condition of the antrum , to see if there has been new ulcers or reflux .

For the time being , I would suggest you to take tablet Esomeprazole along with tablet Domperidone 2 times a day.

Do not worry.

Visit a gastroenterologist. He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.

I would also suggest you to visit a physician . He/she can examine you and correlate clinically.
