Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And ADD

So I just moved to southern California from nor Cal for college, I have a dr up there but now that school started I ve had the worst anxiety and add of my life. I use to be able to control it but cant now. I dont have time to go back north to see my dr. to get help. Should i find a dr. down here or go to a walk in or what?
