I ve had asthma my whole life. I am 22 years old, and have been taking medication for asthma my whole life. The last couple years I have noticed that I have trouble focusing on a task, and don t feel motivated to do much. I feel anxiety several times during the day, and I have trouble sleeping. Has my asthma medication caused these symptoms?
Yes, bronchodilators can cause anxiety,so if u are taking treatment for asthma regularly for quite a long time and feeling anxiety then u can take anxyolitics on a bed time once a day but only after physician consultation, if problem is more then u go to psychitric counselling also.
