After that I got anxious depressive disorder to me that prick in the chest and often very dizzy afraid because I'm afraid that I have a problem with hart .I was on ultrasound of the heart twice and EKG several time findings were ok.Only have a little rapid heartbeat, but the doctor says it is constantly ok.For me piercing in my chest and I often have dizzines and to me very scare.Blood pressure is ok . I have excess kg about 10 kg. Is my problem with hart, anxious or lund, or something new:(
I went through your details. I think you are being obsessive. Negative thinking. Once your doctor said after EKG and other tests, that you do not have any heart related problems, then you should trust your doctor and behave accordingly. You can consult one more physician to be more sure, but then you should trust. Exercises, positive thinking and life style, good diet etc keep your body and mind fit. Enjoy the life while we can, for life so short.
