Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Depression

i have anxity and depression.two years back i saw an accidrnt,after that now and then felt fear, anxityand depression.It wiil last one or two months. After some intervells that fear and depression wiil appear again.Now also iam going on this state of mind.I don,t want to feel it again.can you tell soethig that might help me?

Mixed anxiety-depressive disorders of this intensity require treatment with medications.
I think you should start with tablet sertraline 50mg and tablet etilaam.
The drug will show their effect in around 10-15 days. You will have to take these medications for 4-6 months.
