Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Fatigue

Okay, I just turned 21 and I have been sick for the last 8 years with general fatigue, and anxiety. When I was 13 my gynocologist had taken a test that showed an elevated level of androgen. I have seen a nuerologist 12 times, rheumatologist 1 time, endocrinologist 2 times, and a sleep physician 2 times not including my family doctor 6 times in the last two months. My nuerologist took a blood test of my Cortisol and my ACTH and other tests. My cortisol was 3.9 at 3pm and the ACTH was normal along with my B12, T4, T3, and iron. three weeks later my endocrinologist took the same test Cortisol was 3.3 and ACTH normal. All the doctors have told me that I have fibromyalgia... I have migraines daily, extremely irritable, nausea, thirsty! and have these stretch marks that developed on my stomach and I am 100% not pregnant. The other day I was laying on my bed and right below my sternum something started spasms so strong that I could not only feel it... but I could see it.I need help!
