Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand. Anxiety disorders are a category of mental disorders characterized by feelings of anxiety and fear, where anxiety is a worry about future events and fear is a reaction to current events. These feelings may cause physical symptoms, such as a racing heart and shakiness. There are a number of anxiety disorders.

Your fear about heart beat suggests that your anxiety disorder could be health related or hypochondriasis. You should be able to think rationally and try to know the facts about your body and life. Obsessive health related thoughts could lead to health anxiety. Anxiety can lead to depressive thoughts and lethargy.

You should engage yourself in physical and mental activities compulsively and continuously until it becomes a habit. You will be needing initial psychological counseling as well as further Cognitive Behavior Therapy treatment. Please consult a psychologist.
