Suggest Treatment For Anxiety And Mild Depression

I am 23, 65 kilos and 5 feet 7 inches tall. I was diagnosed with anxiety and mild depression in september 2014. I have been taking agodep 25 mg as prescribed by my doctor since then. I see improvements but need to know when I should stop taking these medications.

First of all some diseases are such that they need long treatment, depression is one of them, antidepressant drug can not be stopped suddenly with some improvement, you need regular follow up, dose of drug can be reduced and monitoring ofsymptom should be done. On remain stable on minimum possible dose for prolong period , we can think of stoping the medication with good envirnment and full support of familt. This shoul be done under guidance of a pychatrist.
