i am going through work related stress and ansiety from the job.i cannot let nothing go.it stays on my mind all day.this been going on for 3 weeks.but my headaches stoped.i wake up thinking about the job.the only time my mind be off it ,is when i am having sex and playing video games.please help me.im afraid this might turn into a disorder over something little.i heard cigaretts and caffeine and dark rooms give symthoms to0 turning stressed.please sir help me.
