Suggest Treatment For Anxiety Associated With Nausea And Sweating
after resolving a stomach bacteria, I have developed an anxiety problem which exists in my throat area and involves breathing, swallowing and nausea/sweats. This problem is something that started during the intestinal issue that I was having and remedied.
You are suggested to visit a Psychiatrist. Get physically examined. Your treating doctor may tell you to do blood tests & investigations to rule out any heart problem or medical condition.
Difficulty in breathing, swallowing, nausea & sweats are symptoms of mild panic attacks. You will be treated with Medications and Psycotherapy.
Get assessed & evaluated, you may need antidepressants & anti-anxiety medications. Cognitive behavioral therapy is effective. Avoid taking alcohol, caffeine, coffee & addictions if any. Do regular exercises & take adequate sleep.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Take care
Regards,
Dr Nupur K, General & Family Physician
