Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. I can understand your troubles and I am not willing to sympathize with you. I can do that. But if I sympathize with you, I will be like many other people who sympathize with you. You should stand up and take on. You have the courage to do so.

You should be able to distinguish between disappointment and depression.
Disappointment also brings on symptoms identical to depression but they are short lived. You could be disappointed at present, but the symptoms and stress are short lived. You will get your family back. There are many methods to do that. As a first step, I suggest you to go and say sorry to your wife and both of you together visit a Psychological counselor. Your first step should be a boost to your wife as well as your child. Nobody likes separation and separation anxiety. You wife also could be going through the same situation as you are. Take the first step.
