Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. Menopause do play a role in your anxiety problem. More over anxiety and negative thinking about the reality called "menopause" creates more anxiety problems. You should be able to take the 'menopause' as reality and understand and accept it well, and adjust with it. Everyone attains that state that is rule of nature. You as an individual cannot do anything except gracefully accept it. The best method is to avoid obsession. that can be achieved by hobbies, social work, exercise, games etc. You may consult a psychologist for counseling.
