General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

See your clinician for effective control of your anxiety (by counseling, cognitive behavioral therapy and medication).

If you are seeing one, your treatment regimen needs revision. Do meditation, relaxing techniques, yoga, and deep breathing exercises.

Stay hydrated. Have sun exposure and commercially available omega3 supplements.

Avoid caffeine and alcohol. Don't be sleep deprived. Have soft, easily digestible diet with plenty of raw vegetables and fruits. Be physically active.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr AJEET SINGH, General & Family Physician
