Hi,
You have mentioned that you had been through a lot of
stress recently which apparently precipitated the symptoms of
anxiety and panic attacks. I am glad that you have been able to overcome most of the symptoms by yourself.
However, you still are having symptoms which are clear indicators of anxiety. Tremors, shakiness, etc. are all manifestations of anxiety. More so, you have mentioned about some blood tests that have come out to be normal (I would have liked to know what exact test did you undergo and specifically look into complete hemogram and
thyroid profile). In addition, I would have wanted to know more regarding your current mood, sleep, appetite and whether you are still preoccupied with the stress.
I think its high time you initiate treatment for anxiety. This condition responds better with early treatment. Medications like selective serotonin re-uptake inhibitors (SSRIs like Escitalopram,
Paroxetine) would be helpful. You can also opt for
psychotherapy in form of cognitive behavior therapy.
In addition, you must start exercising daily. Something basic like jogging would be extremely beneficial. You must also dry to de-stress yourself by discussing your issues with some one close on a daily basis. If you are not comfortable with discussing, you can opt for writing diary daily.
I do hope that I was able to help with our query. Please feel free to ask any further question that you might have.
Regards,
