Suggest Treatment For Anxiety

Hello,im 29 year male.I was walking down the street when for a split of seconds my hairs touched a powerline leaning down from pole. I am just feeling anxiety that is it to worry about? I didnt feel any power shovk or unconsciouness or anything as it just was a mili seconds hair contact

Hello,

You don't need to worry as you did not receive any electrical shock. I can understand your anxiety. But you are perfectly fine. To reduce anxiety, the following treatment is advised:
1) Tab. Sertraline for 1 month
2) Tab. Zolpidem at night for 1 month

You may have some residual sedation the next morning. So avoid high concentration activities like driving.
