i am your old patient vipul vaghela. long time my old problem so you prescribe me texidep/thiodep.

and 2002 stop medicine.but 2008 re start prescribe to dr vaishal vora-clonotril /sert-50/ and close

2011.but last week anxiety start clonotri-1/2-1/2[twice day].pls advise me-0000

I think, you have anxiety disorder and you need continuous dose of antidepressant like sertraline. You can restart it at minimum effective dose. Better to increase the dose after psychiatrist consultation. You can carry on with clonotril at same dose. You can also try some relaxation exercise like JPMR or deep breathing exercise.
