Suggest Treatment For Appetite Loss And Dehydration When Under Depression

I really need to know if this is something I should go to the er about. I haven't eatin in 4 days, I haven't been able to hold any fluids down for 2 days, I have the symptoms of severe dehydration and I took pills that I got from someone and thought they were Valium to settle me down, I think they are speed, some street drug, I drank a whole lot of alcohol in the past few days and I'm scared that my body is shutting down. I'm severely suffering from depression, what should I do?

Psychiatrist 's  Response
Hi
Thanks for using healthcare magic

I think, in that condition, you should consult a psychiatrist for proper treatment. Self medication is not the ideal option in your case. You need antidepressant like paroxetine or venlafaxine, that would help you to come out of depressive phase. In that case, better to consult a psychiatrist as early as possible. In case, you need further help, you can ask.

Thanks
