General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

I am sorry for the pain you are experiencing.

If the present ortho is not helping managing the pain, you have the right to change doctor. As this is arthritis pain (if confirmed by lab tests and X-ray) then, you should follow up with rheumatologist.

I understand you might be in pain, and arthritic changes in joint are really painful, but you should keep trying new meds to get the pain eased.

Physiotherapy can also help. Can discuss with your rheumatologist for best physiotherapy exercises for you.

Wish fast recovery.
