Hello,
If there is pain during sitting and when you walk you limp, this is suggestive of lumbar spondyltis. This is
arthritis of spine. This also causes
nerve compression so pain radiates in legs and arm. Some amount of low calcium is also responsible for it.
So I have following suggestions for you.
1. Get spine
MRI to see what extent of disc herniation and nerve compression is present.
2. Tablet
Pregabalin M one daily at night time.
3.Tablet Etova MR one daily or twice according to pain severity.
4.
Physiotherapy and Back muscle strengthening exercises.
5. you can wear lumbar supporting belt also.
6. Hot water fomentation and Volitran ointment also helps.
7.Calcium and vitamin D 3 daily.
I ope these steps will help you. Let me know if there is any other followup questions.
Thanks
