Suggest Treatment For Arthritis

I have a MRI of my knee and the doc says just arthritis. I has 60 ML of fluid taken off 10 days ago and it is back again, also a baker cyst about 8x4 cm. I had a knee scope 4 months ago and had a chondryl lesion and some fraying of the medial meniscus. 6 weeks ago I started having sever pain and moderate swelling. My doc says it s just arthritis and he injected steroid when he removed the fluid. In reading the report it looked like more then just a little arthritis. I have the MRI on CD in Image 32 program. Is thete an ortho who could look at the images?
