Suggest Treatment For Arthritis
My father is diagnosed with arthritis. One doctor told us that he would be ok if he take an injection. Is the injection safe? What is the best treatment for Arthritis. My father's age is 55. He has heart disease , diabetics and some other complications.

Intra articular steroid injection may have side effects.
Fresh fruits and vegetables have high anti oxidant property to reduce arthritis.
In arthroscopic shaving damaged cartilage is smoothened and loose friable cartilage is removed for treating arthritis.
Avoiding steps and using western style toilets etc would be helpful.
