General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

From your description, I am of the opinion that Asthenospermia does cause infertility but even then there is a low chance that it won't affect you to become a dad.

Quitting smoking and alcohol along with having regular exercise may somehow improve motility. There are several techniques available such as ICSi,ius, etc that can help you to become a father.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr Ashish Ranjan, General & Family Physician
