Hello doc , my daughter has atopic eczema on her hands since 2002 , she is now 37 years old. The eczema has never been as bad as it is now. She has now resorted to homeopathy. Couldn t bear to see her hands, fingers are blacken with lichenification. So I got her fourderm cream. Is it safe to use it there was a dramatic improvement in 2 days. Is there cortisol in it ?
Hi. Thank you for using Healthcare magic If the skin is extremely thick and blackened then she needs to use a potent steroid cream for it such as clobetasol cream. If the skin is very thick and hard then she should use a combination of clobetasol and salicylic acid ointment. Hope this was helpful.
