Suggest Treatment For Atrial Fibrillation And Heart Failure

thank you for your help I am on bumedin small dose vytorin 10/10 paxil and metropolal .25 mg recently diagnosed with a fib and heart faiure also on xerelto.I have lost 25 #s and now go to the gym 6 days a week .I am so tired and have bp105/65. What do you suggest?

Hello,

Your body does probably not support a little bit low arterial pressure. Talk with your doctor to slightly low the dose of Metoprolol.
