General & Family Physician, Dr. Dr. H Kay's Response
Hi,
Based on your description, it sounds like you may be experiencing symptoms of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD). If you are concerned about your symptoms, I would recommend speaking with a healthcare provider or mental health professional for a formal evaluation and diagnosis.
Treatment options for ADHD can include medication, such as stimulants or non-stimulants, and behavioral therapy. It's important to work with a healthcare provider to find the best treatment plan for your individual needs. Additionally, there are also strategies you can try to help manage your symptoms, such as creating a structured routine, breaking tasks down into smaller steps, and minimizing distractions in your environment.
Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. H. Kay, General & Family Physician
