Suggest Treatment For Autonomic Dysreflexia

I suffer with autonomic Dysreflexia...the b/p meds are not controlling the hypertension anymore and I am very tired and weak now going through about 5-8 attacks a day now! The pressure make my head hurt and my vision goes sideways during the first few minutes. I vebeen taking b/p readings during this time and it has been hitting at 198/120! I am afraid I am not long for this world! Doctor s don t seem to concerned! What is wrong with this? The internet says I should be in the emergency room...my doctors think this is over reaction! I am so sick I don t hardly function now! HELP!!! Kay
