General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The non obstructive azoospermia indicates functional disturbances at spermatocyte and seminiferous tubules usually sertoli and leydig cells. FNAC or biopsy report of the testis is the must for the final diagnosis and possible hope of Intra uterine insemination technique to induce fertility and conception.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
